Built for Indian schools
Run your school on one modern platform
Admissions, student records, fees, attendance, results and parent communication, unified in a single system instead of seven that disagree with each other.
No setup fee to talk to us. Every surface is included.
- Web console
- Android app
- iOS app
- Per-school data isolation
- Works on patchy connections
- Audit trail on every rupee
Seven modules. One system.
Not seven products bolted together. Admit a student and they are in fees, attendance and the parent app the same instant, because there was only ever one record.
Every student's record, one source of truth
Demographics, guardians, medical notes and academic history in one place, with bulk CSV import to get you started.
Read moreDaily attendance in under two minutes
Class-wise marking built for a phone in a corridor, automatic absentee alerts, cumulative percentages ready for reports.

Fee structures, concessions, receipts and a live view of what is still unpaid, with an audit trail on every rupee that moves.
Read moreReach every parent on WhatsApp and push
Notices and automated alerts from one hub, delivered to the app inbox as well as pushed, so nothing is lost to a swipe.
Read moreMarks in, print-ready report cards out
Mark entry, automatic grade computation and batch PDF generation. Publish to parents when you are ready, not before.
Read moreNo enquiry falls through the cracks
Lead capture, follow-up tracking and applications that convert to a student record without retyping, plus visitor logging and gate passes at the front desk.
Read moreOne platform, many schools, hard isolation
Academic-year configuration and role-based access down to the individual permission. One account per person, however many hats they wear.

Most of the work is your data, not our software.
Bring your data
Student list, class structure and fee heads, imported from CSV with per-row validation. A bad spreadsheet tells you which line is wrong instead of failing silently.
Switch on what you need
Start with student records and fees. Attendance, communication and results can come later. They share the same record, so nothing is re-entered.
Bring parents in
The Android and iOS app for fees, attendance and report cards, or WhatsApp for schools that are not ready for an app. Same hub either way.
Your school's data stays your school's data
Isolation is enforced in the database, not by application code that a single missed filter could bypass.
- Row-level isolation per school. Every query is constrained by the database to your school's rows, independent of any permission check above it.
- Permissions resolved on the server. What the interface shows is a convenience; what you are allowed to do is decided server-side on every request.
- Short-lived signed sessions. Access tokens expire in minutes and refresh tokens are single-use, so a stolen one is detected and the whole session family is revoked.
- Sensitive fields treated as sensitive. Medical notes and government IDs are encrypted at the application layer and never written to logs.
Questions schools ask us first
Is our school's data kept separate from other schools?
Yes. Every school runs in its own isolated tenant. Isolation is enforced in the database itself with row-level security keyed to your school, not by application code that could be bypassed.
Does ClassNet work on mobile?
Yes. Staff and administration work on the web console; teachers, front-office staff and parents use the mobile app, on both Android and iOS. Every client runs against the same system, so there is no separate data to reconcile.
Can we import our existing student data?
Yes. Student records import from CSV in bulk, with validation and a per-row error report so you can correct and re-run rather than starting over.
How are parents notified?
Through WhatsApp, push notifications and an in-app inbox. Every alert is delivered to the inbox as well as pushed, so a notification that gets swiped away is never lost.
